For the more visually inclined, below is a map of the locations of the teams for season 3 of CSL (click to enlarge). We apologize in advance for inaccuracies.
This shows 2 schools in Utah but in the TL.net thread it looked like UVU was the only Utah school. So this is a mistake or is there some other school in utah I don't know about that signed up? Also UVU's marker should be between Salt Lake City and Provo.
Hmm, strange, why do I have a Utah University? Also I may have lifted the markers around while trying to figure out divisions, so I'm pretty sure North Texas is 50 miles off from its original location.
As you can tell, University of Victoria is not an actual school. The map does not lie. There is only University of British Columbia above the Washington borderline ^_^.

Dude they're all there, I just threw them around a bit because scrolling messed me up. T_T and I might have forgotten UVic, out of love ofc.
