Thanks to a tip from one of our users, we were able to investigate claims of Rutgers using an illegal player in the CSL. Fanatacist, who does not attend Rutgers (but was allowed to play last season due to the mercenary rule) has been found playing for Rutgers this season.

Hot-keys and APM patterns:
- Notice the initial plateau of APM followed by the slow decline. While this is probably present in many players due to APM spamming, the similarity in their peak apm after the initial spam (almost identical) along with the precise pattern of decline in APM suggests the same player.
- The hotkeys for both players are also identical. "3" is used for the robotics (which is a pretty unique hotkey for the robotics in my knowledge), "9" is used initially for a scouting probe and later for a 2nd nexus... and "8", "7", and "6" in that order are used for gateways in both players.

The overall APM's are similar enough (one is higher due to a 3 minute shorter game) for me to conclude that QQM is indeed Fana. QQM will be barred from playing in the CSL, if it is in fact a real student, and all of the matches will be set to LOSS, even the match scheduled for this coming weekend and not yet played. Due to it being early in the season, we felt this was appropriate enough action to take. Any further incidents of illegal players participating will result in harsher actions being taken. Let this be a warning please!
