Update 9-3-2011
Due to a miscommunication on our part, the schedule for certain schools has been shifted to accomodate those who were unclear of our ambiguous wording in the schedule. It was our intention that the Ro64 be read as Ro32 West + Ro32 East, and Ro32 was Ro16 West + Ro16 East. This did not reach some schools, and again, it was an error of clarity from our part.
The schools effected have been contacted through email, and are listed below. If you do not see your school's name below, then you are not playing the extra game at the later time.
West Division
Changes:
UT Austin v SDSU at 5PM EST
Winner vs Cornell at 6:30PM EST
Desert vs CCSF at 5PM EST
Winner vs ASU at 6:30PM EST
East Division
U Michigan vs. SUNY SBU at 2PM EDT
Winner vs PSU at 3:30PM EDT
Again, if you have not been contacted via email regarding the issue, please play your games at the regularly scheduled time. We sincerely apologize for the mix up on our part, and we will make sure future tournaments are an enjoyable experience for all without these unfortunate circumstances.

Format: Standard 5v5 Draft Pick, 4 bans
Date: September 3-4, and September 10-11
Eligibility: University/College students, must have atleast 5 players to participate, and up to 10.

Can the individual players be from different schools?
No, players must represent their own schools unless exceptions are made. I think the exceptions will be similar to the CSL rules on that, so email us with specifics and we can let you know.
It's also to database the school team info for future LoL related stuff =)

Public Question: What is the policy about switching players between rounds?
It's allowed. You can switch as many people as you want, given that they are part of the maximum 10 players you submitted

How do you coordinate a time for the match to be played by?
We will be posting a bracket asap with teams, their players, and their coordinator's email. You may contact the coordinator to arrange a different time as long as it is before the scheduled default time of the following round.

Why are there some that already passed the RO64 in the brackets already?
We don't have a full 64-team bracket so a few schools get byes in the first round.
