At NASL, I managed to grab a few interviews with ESPORTS industry professionals as well as reps from the University of Southern Calfiornia team and the Cal Poly Pomona Team.

As we close out an amazing year of ESPORTS in 2011, I'm sure many are wondering how they can fulfill their passion for ESPORTS and maybe even pursue a career in a very exciting up and coming industry. Hopefully these interviews grant you some much needed insight and perspective on ESPORTS jobs and careers in 2012, and of course we caught up with team progress with their respective reps and coordinators.

SirScoots talks about working in ESPORTS, what college students can do if they are aspiring to work in ESPORTS or become a progamer, and what to look forward to in 2012.

Diggity talks about his experience with the old school CSL Brood War League, and how CSL may play an integral part in the growth of ESPORTS in 2012.

Derek Staley is a writer for ESFI, which has garnered much attention for its objective and independent articles on ESPORTS. Derek talks about his education and how it contributed (maybe, maybe not?) to his current role in ESPORTS and gaming.

Interview with Benny Chen from USC
We catch up with Benny Chen from USC and ask him about the gaming culture at USC, and of course Day[9]'s role on the team.
