Hello all coordinators and players! If you are a coordinator, read on and carefully follow instructions. If you are a player, make sure your coordinator sees this post. We have emailed all coordinators but it is very possible that they miss this email and do not complete registration.
Follow these instructions carefully in order to confirm participation in CSL Season 5:
- Reply to this email with the following: "We, [school name], are committed to playing in CSL Season 5 (Fall 2011-Spring 2012) with fewer than two match forfeits." This means that you are 100% certain you will have a team of 5 unique players by Thursday, September 15 who can participate in at least 18 weeks of play.
- Read the rules carefully and reply: "We have read and agree to follow all the rules."
- Rank your preferences for match times. Tell us which match times you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT make (i.e. Sundays for religious schools). Please be flexible and we will try our best as well!
- Request any teams that you think are absolutely necessary to put in your division (based on rivalries, etc).
Thursday (6pm PST || 9pm EST)
Friday (6pm PST || 9pm EST)
Saturday (1pm PST || 4 pm EST) (5pm PST || 8pm EST)
Sunday (1pm PST || 4 pm EST) (5pm PST || 8pm EST)
**A little background on this: this season, we will have four playdays (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Teams will be grouped according to the following priorities: (1) geographical location, (2) balance, (3) preferred time slot, and (4) traditional rivalries/requests. We will do our best to accommodate teams, but with over 250 registered schools it is likely that you won't get your first or second choice.
You must email cstarleague@gmail.com with the above information no later than September 7, 11:59pm EST. Title your email: "S5 CONFIRMATION."
